CAPAS TACOS
Capas serves Baja-inspired ceviche using locally-caught fish, smoked queso tacos and Mexican-style burritos from local chef Michael Campbell. The menu includes signature ceviches such as Yellowtail, Ahi Tuna and Lime & Chile Shrimp while their smoked queso tacos feature proteins such as smoked carnitas and smoked birria (all done in-house).
